Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRMA (CRM Analytics) Developer to join our team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics), Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modeling, dashboard development, and analytics solutions.

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level analytics applications that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders, along with developing and integrating Salesforce UI components using LWC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) solutions and dashboards.
• Build datasets, dataflows, recipes, and transformations to support business reporting requirements.
• Develop interactive dashboards, lenses, and visualizations that deliver meaningful business insights.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support Salesforce business processes, user interfaces, and analytics-related requirements.
• Integrate LWC components with Salesforce data, Apex, Lightning Data Service, and CRM Analytics where applicable.
• Integrate and consolidate data from Salesforce and external data sources.
• Create and optimize SAQL queries for advanced analytics and reporting needs.
• Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards and integrate analytics insights into Salesforce applications where required.
• Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement data security and sharing models within CRM Analytics and Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize dashboard, dataset, and LWC performance.
• Support deployment activities and promote analytics assets and Salesforce components across environments.
• Develop reusable and scalable LWC components following Salesforce development best practices.
• Document technical solutions and provide ongoing production support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years of hands-on CRM Analytics (CRMA) development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong expertise in:

• Experience developing LWC components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Lightning Data Service, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce and external data sources.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and BI tools.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, or other enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience integrating LWC with Apex and Salesforce backend services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
