We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Systems Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing improvement of core supply chain systems within our organization. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process gaps, analyze feedback, and ensure efficient procurement workflows across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and hands-on experience supporting procurement systems and vendor-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide functional support for enterprise procurement applications, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Icertis, and ServiceNow, along with related system integrations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, supplier enablement, service entry, goods receipt, invoicing, and master data processes

  • Serve as Level 2 support for internal users and vendor-facing processes, escalating complex technical, integration, or security issues when necessary

  • Support cross-system issue resolution involving APIs, file-based interfaces, and integration platforms

  • Track incidents, recurring issues, and support requests to ensure timely resolution with clear communication and stakeholder follow-up

  • Recommend process improvements, system configurations, training, or data enhancements to reduce recurring issues and operational disruptions

Testing, Training & Change Management

  • Develop and maintain test scripts, issue logs, user guides, job aids, and training materials

  • Communicate system impacts, process changes, timelines, and readiness requirements to relevant stakeholders

  • Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote system adoption, standardization, and support volume reduction

  • Assess system updates, configuration changes, and dependencies for their impact on supply chain processes

  • Support initiatives focused on automation, reporting, process transformation, and system optimization

  • Develop strong functional expertise in the deployed supply chain systems and serve as a trusted resource for business and support teams

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Create and analyze reports, dashboards, and support metrics related to supply chain performance

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership, business stakeholders, and support teams

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting supply chain, procurement, ERP, contract management, sourcing, invoicing, or related systems

  • Working knowledge of source-to-pay processes including supplier onboarding, sourcing, contracting, requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, service entry, invoicing, and supplier master data management

  • Experience supporting end-user troubleshooting, incident documentation, resolving technical and integration issues, and escalating as needed

  • Experience supporting integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and production validation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills in a dynamic support environment

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across procurement, finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute

  • Knowledge or experience with enterprise procurement systems, including SAP S/4HANA MM, SAP Ariba modules, CIG, and Icertis Contract Management, considered highly advantageous
