Key Responsibilities:
Act as the New Service & Usage General Secretary & Innovation Officer.
The New Solutions and New Users (NSU) function plays a vital role in ensuring that innovative technologies and digital solutions are implemented safely and compliantly across the organization.
Serves as the central coordination that brings together the support functions to evaluate and approve new tools, technologies, and processes involving data processing
Supporting the Innovation manager in the development of the innovation approach:
o Help coordination the various initiatives of the innovation approach
o Participate to the innovation watch, including the FinTech watch
o Encourage use case generation via the facilitation of workshops
o Participate to the orchestration of the local innovations communities Implementation of innovation projects:
o Coordinate the implementation of innovation projects, resulting from the innovation approach. For example: AI – Artifical Intelligence: coordination between local end users and Head Office teams to implement AI use cases for the Americas
Additional task could be as followed:
o Preparing periodic communication (newsletters, ad-hoc communication on events, i.e. talks) for the Bank on innovation
o Event organization: annual innovation / Digitization event Ensure adherence to the System Project Life Cycle (SPLC) and Global GIT project management methodology and produce or assist in the production of key deliverables defined by the SPLC.
Ensure that all system implementations meet US regulatory standards (inclusive of cybersecurity requirements) and are done in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
Promote Global IT’s values and visions of “1 Team” across all functions and geographical locations.
