Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Orlando, FL

Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in the last 5 years
Responsibilities
- Develop real-time embedded software in C/C++ on Linux for multi-core processors
- Integrate software and firmware effectively to meet project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, using GitLab and Bitbucket
- Ensure compliance with security protocols to maintain an active Secret Clearance
- Contribute to system improvements and troubleshoot issues during development and deployment
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in the last 5 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college
- 5+ years of embedded C/C++ real-time software development experience using Linux on multi-core processors
- 5+ years of hands-on software/firmware integration experience
- 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) using GitLab and Bitbucket
- Working knowledge of Yocto operating system (preferred)
- Familiarity with Data Distribution System (DDS) middleware programming (a plus)
