What You'll Be Doing
50% Hardware Deployment / 50% Service Desk + Field Support
You will support client environments by:
  • Setting up, installing, and deploying new PC hardware and peripherals (printers, monitors, etc.).
  • Removing, upgrading, and replacing legacy equipment.
  • Providing both phone-based and in-person support for end users.
  • Troubleshooting Windows OS issues, hardware failures, connectivity problems, and general desktop challenges.
  • Keeping devices organized, documented, and configured properly.
  • Traveling between client sites using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed at federal rate).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
