Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online, including hands-on experience.
At least 2 years of SharePoint experience in an enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience with migration of network/shared files to SharePoint.
Strong analytical, technical, information-processing, and business-analysis skills.
3 5 years of experience gathering, developing, and documenting business requirements.
3 5 years of experience developing and maintaining design artifacts, such as:
Use cases
Business process models
Requirements documents
SharePoint models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong documentation and requirements-writing skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and formalize business needs and translate them into use cases and requirements.
Strong customer-service and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to prioritize work and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
Good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Expertise with Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
