Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Lead/Architect to drive end-to-end enterprise AEP implementations. The ideal candidate will be execution-focused, self-driven, and capable of independently leading delivery initiatives while acting as the primary technical point of contact.

This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform technologies, enterprise data integration, customer data platforms, and scalable digital experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations across enterprise environments
• Design and implement XDM schemas, RT-CDP solutions, data ingestion pipelines, segmentation strategies, and activation workflows
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for AEP delivery and implementation activities
• Drive execution independently with strong ownership and accountability
• Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver scalable customer experience solutions
• Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and best practices
• Support integration of customer data platforms and digital marketing ecosystems
• Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance throughout the project lifecycle
