Ideal Candidate Profile
14+ years of experience in software development with strong .NET background
Hands-on expertise in .NET Core and microservices development
Strong experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core 8 preferred)
Experience working with PostgreSQL databases (development, performance tuning, query optimization)
Proven experience in SSIS to PostgreSQL data migration / transformation
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda etc.)
Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Experience with Docker and containerized applications
Solid understanding of API development and integration patterns

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day development activities for .NET Core and microservices-based applications
Contribute actively with hands-on coding, code reviews, and debugging
Support modernization of legacy .NET applications to .NET Core
Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs
Work with DevOps teams to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
Deploy and support applications on AWS (EKS/Kubernetes)
Collaborate with teams to migrate and transform SSIS-based data pipelines to PostgreSQL
Optimize and manage PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query tuning
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions

Act as a hands-on development lead, not a pure architect role
Balance coding + team leadership + delivery ownership
Ensure smooth coordination between onsite and offshore teams
Drive successful execution of modernization and data transformation initiatives
