Summary

Needs:

  • Degree: Professional Engineering Degree – Industrial/Mechanical related
    • Main activities:
      1. Track open points with the production line supplier until points are closed
      2. Perform the pre-sign-off activities (templates to be provided by ZFFCN)
      3. Identify opportunity areas to improve CT
    • Knowledge needed: line balancing, supplier management, and familiarity with the assembly process
    • Soft skills: teamwork, strong communication, sense of urgency
    • Qty of people: 2
  • Degree: Professional Engineering Degree – Controls/Mechatronics related
    • Main activities:
      1. Torque tool program review/updates + data analysis
      2. Update documentation (templates to be provided by ZFFCN) and compare with customer specifications
      3. Calculate the Cpk of the tools
    • Knowledge needed: Bosch torque tools programming, statistics
    • Soft skills: teamwork, sense of urgency
    • Qty of people: 4
  • For clarity, ZFFCN will not provide hardware.
