SOC Monitoring Desktop Engineer M/F/X Permanent position | Full-Time | Herndon, Virginia

What will your role be?
Provide technical expertise to create, package, deploy, and report the progress for a security agent to approximately 4000 endpoint devices across two different active directory domains within North America. You will:
Install Client agent, applications and packages
Test Client agent, applications, packages and validate correct findings
Troubleshoot installation and configuration of agents, applications, and packages
Performance evaluations and documentation thereof
Technical support of client agent and installations
Support or troubleshoot activities related to packaging or deployments
Escalate and facilitate advanced configuration activities with team specialists
Document policies and procedures and facilitate hand over to Desktop Services.
Participate in ongoing project meetings related to NA SOC Monitoring
Create and Deliver Reports to the service manager of Systems Management and Monitoring

What skills and qualifications are we looking for? Experience in Windows 10 Operating System and Windows 7 Operating System
Experience in Software Installation patterns
Experience in Troubleshooting techniques and processes
Experience in TCP/IP and DNS
Experience in Active Directory
Have a basic Networking
