Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong focus on NextJS to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality web applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using NextJS and related technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.
Implement responsive and user friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, ensuring timely resolution.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in NextJS and its ecosystem.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third party services.
Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
Knowledge of server side rendering and static site generation.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
Understanding of SEO best practices for web applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7- 10 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in developing applications using NextJS.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
