Summary
Role Name: Dialog Flow IVR
Work site: Remote (EST or CST time zone)
Duration: 10+ Months
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Google CES / Dialogflow CX / ES
· Build and manage AI agents and agentic workflows leveraging Playbooks and GenAI for CX (GE4CX)
· Implement multi-channel conversational experiences (chat, voice, telephony)
· Integrate conversational agents with backend systems via APIs, webhooks, and cloud services
· Utilize Google Cloud services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI, etc.) for scalable solutions
· Design and optimize intents, entities, and conversation flows
· Build context-aware and adaptive AI agents using modern agentic frameworks
· Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders
· Ensure performance optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions
· Apply best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Expertise
· Strong hands-on experience with:
· Google CES (Customer Engagement Suite)
· Dialogflow CX / ES**
· Playbooks & conversational orchestration
· GE4CX (Generative AI for Customer Experience)
AI & Agentic Systems
· Experience building:
· Agentic AI solutions
· Autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents
· Multi-step reasoning conversational systems
Understanding of:
· LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding techniques
· RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
· Google Cloud Platform
· Strong understanding of:
· Google Cloud Platform architecture and services
· Vertex AI
· Cloud Functions / Cloud Run
· Pub/Sub
· BigQuery
· Experience in deploying cloud-native applications
Development Skills
· Proficiency in **Python, JavaScript, or Java
· Experience with **REST APIs, microservices, and integrations
· Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
