We are seeking a skilled Netcracker BSS/OSS Specialist to assist with telecom transformation initiatives for enterprise-level clients.
Key qualifications include:
4+ years of Netcracker experience
Hands-on expertise with Billing, CRM, OM, Catalog, or Mediation
Strong telecom domain knowledge, particularly in Order-to-Cash and Trouble-to-Resolve
Experience with integrations, APIs, and Agile delivery
Job Description
Lead or support the implementation, Configuration, and customization of Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs, Configure Netcracker modules (e.g., Billing, CRM, Order Management, Catalog, Mediation) Support system integration with upstream and downstream applications Participate in testing activities (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and release planning Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, Contribute to solution documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer , Mentor junior consultants as needed and support delivery governance
Qualifications Required:
4+ years of experience working with Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes (order-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve, etc.)
Hands-on experience with one or more Netcracker modules (Billing, CRM, OM, Product Catalog, Mediation)
Experience working in client-facing consulting or delivery roles
Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
Familiarity with Agile/ SAFe delivery methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
