Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a  Project Manager  for a  CONTRACT  assignment with one of our premier  SaaS clients in Lehi, UT . This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite. 
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate non-technical projects across various departments. This role focuses on managing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of driving projects to completion on time.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate non-technical projects across various departments. This role focuses on managing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of driving projects to completion on time.
Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
 - Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
 - Coordinate internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
 - Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
 - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to reduce project delays or roadblocks.
 - Monitor and report on project performance, including milestones and outcomes.
 - Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, changes, and decisions.
 - Ensure that projects align with company goals, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations.
 - Support change management and team adoption strategies during project implementation.
 - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

 - 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management roles.
 - Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) is desirable but not required.
