Summary
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in software development and/or enterprise application management.
- 3–5+ years of technical leadership or people-management experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience is required.
- Strong experience with .NET/C# and/or JavaScript-based application development.
- Experience supporting or managing major ERP platforms.
- Experience with custom enterprise application development and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and secure coding practices.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- JD Edwards / JDE EnterpriseOne experience.
- Experience with manufacturing or plant-related business applications.
- DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise architecture experience.
- Data analytics, data governance, data science, or machine-learning exposure.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted development or automation technologies.
Position Details
- Employment: Direct Hire / Full-Time
- Location: Northern Illinois
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Compensation: $140,000–$195,000 base salary, depending on experience
