Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)
Core Product Owner skills
- Demonstrated experience owning and prioritizing a backlog and roadmap in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong ability to write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and to manage scope through delivery.
Salesforce Service Cloud expertise
- Solid working knowledge of core Service Cloud - case management, entitlements, SLAs, routing, and related service processes.
- Comfortable assessing configuration vs. development trade-offs and partnering effectively with admins and developers.
Data migration
- Hands-on experience scoping and delivering data migration - mapping, quality, validation, and reconciliation between systems.
Integration
- Proven experience defining and delivering integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems; able to coordinate design and dependencies across teams.
Acquisition integration
- Direct experience supporting M&A integrations, carve-outs, or TSA-exit programs, with an understanding of the phased path from separation to consolidation.
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate between business and technical audiences and to influence without authority.
Project management
- Proven ability to plan, track, and deliver against milestones; manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across teams.

- Self-driven and proactive; takes ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving integration environment and pushes work forward without waiting to be directed.

Preferred / Nice to Have
- Field service / ServiceMax - exposure to field-service operations, work orders, installed base, or preventive maintenance.
- SAP - working familiarity with SAP (or comparable ERP) and how it integrates with service platforms.
- Domain experience - prior experience with Scientific Instruments companies.
- GxP experience - background working in GxP / regulated, quality-driven environments (e.g., computer system validation awareness).
