UI React Lead-Full time-Remote

We are seeking an experienced UI React Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Micro Frontends, and frontend architecture, along with proven experience leading development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale web applications using React.js.
• Architect reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, architects, and backend teams to deliver high-quality applications.
• Translate Figma and design specifications into responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Lead code reviews and enforce frontend development best practices.
• Develop reusable component libraries and shared UI frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Frontend Development.
• 3+ years of experience leading React development teams.
• Strong expertise in:
  • React.js
  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • TypeScript
  • HTML5
  • CSS3 / SCSS
• Experience with:
  • Redux / Redux Toolkit
  • React Hooks
  • Context API
  • REST APIs
  • GraphQL
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture.
• Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
