Our client, a global leader in smart buildings, HVAC systems, and building automation solutions, is seeking a HVAC Service Technician tojoin their team. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be part of the Building Automation Services Department supporting field service, commissioning, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service expertise which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Brecksville, OH
Pay Range: $29- $32/hr
What\'s the Job?
\t- Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. \t
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues. \t
- Load, configure, and diagnose controller software and field devices. \t
- Complete commissioning documentation, reports, and customer communications. \t
- Identify building efficiency improvements and provide service recommendations.
What\'s Needed?
\t- Associate degree or vocational training in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, Air Conditioning, or a related technical field. \t
- 1+ year of HVAC electronic/mechanical systems experience or 3+ years of related industry experience. \t
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and facilities management systems. \t
- PC proficiency and ability to work with HVAC-related software applications. \t
- Reliable transportation and strong customer-facing communication skills.
