What You’ll Do:

Lead architecture and design of scalable AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
Build and deploy enterprise LLM and Generative AI applications using Vertex AI.
Implement advanced AI strategies including RAG, RLHF, and prompt engineering.
Enable multi-modal AI solutions (text, image, video, audio).
Drive performance optimization, A/B testing, personalization, and feedback loops.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver secure, high-performing AI systems.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, GKE, Cloud Storage).
Proven success scaling LLMs in production environments.
Expertise in Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI integrations.
Deep understanding of Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Experience with data preparation and AI model optimization.
Open-source AI contributions or research background is a plus.
