Core Technical Skills

• Data Conversion & Integration: Proficiency with HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and FBDI (File-Based Data Import) for data migration.

• Integration Tools: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and SOA composites for building integrations between cloud and legacy systems.

• Reporting & Analytics: Advanced BI Publisher (XML Publisher) reporting, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and SQL.

• Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, SQL, and PL/SQL for custom components and performance tuning.
