Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, Azure DevOps, Cloud technologies, and AI-driven development, along with proven experience leading Agile teams and driving end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
• Drive solution architecture and technical design for complex systems.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure successful sprint delivery.
• Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce development standards.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for successful project execution.
• Manage production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native solutions.
