About the Role

Russell Tobin is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager – Procurement Transformation to support a large-scale, high-visibility enterprise procurement transformation for a confidential global retail client.

This role sits within the procurement space and will support a major global transformation across multiple brands and markets. The program includes six releases, with the final release focused on enterprise rollout. The initiative includes procurement technology and process transformation involving Coupa, Ironclad, and related procurement workflows.

The selected candidate will work closely with an established Change Management Lead already in place and will help expand, transition, and execute ongoing OCM work. This is a production-heavy role requiring someone senior, hands-on, and able to ramp quickly. The hiring team is specifically looking for a resource who can jump in, build relationships, and begin delivering high-quality work with minimal ramp-up time.

Candidates must be open to a longer-term engagement, as the initial contract is 9 months with the potential to extend into 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support organizational change management delivery for a large-scale global procurement transformation program.
  • Partner closely with the existing Change Management Lead to transition, expand, and execute ongoing OCM deliverables.
  • Support a six-release program, including preparation for a final enterprise rollout.
  • Own production-heavy change deliverables, including communications, training materials, readiness support, stakeholder materials, and executive-ready content.
  • Lead and produce program communications for impacted audiences across procurement, business functions, legal, supplier management, and related teams.
  • Draft polished, executive-ready communications on behalf of senior leadership, including ghostwriting for procurement and program leaders.
  • Support stakeholder assessment work for upcoming releases, including impact analysis, audience segmentation, resistance identification, and readiness planning.
  • Support release-specific OCM activities, including the upcoming Ironclad-focused release.
  • Support ongoing Coupa-related change activities, including work connected to the current pilot phase.
  • Coordinate with system integrators and vendor partners to ensure training materials, enablement content, and rollout activities are ready for deployment.
  • Review, refine, and help deliver training materials prior to rollout.
  • Drive localization efforts for global markets, including regional content variation and international audience readiness.
  • Help manage change champion coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional alignment across brands, markets, and time zones.
  • Support SharePoint-based training, communications, and change management resources.
  • Potentially support enterprise communication delivery through Marketing Cloud or a similar platform, if selected by the program team.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement leadership, program teams, system integrators, and business partners.
  • Provide regular updates, reporting, and governance support related to change readiness, communications, training, and rollout progress.
  • Support PST business hours Monday–Wednesday and local business hours Thursday–Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of change management experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience working within procurement, supplier management, P2P, contract lifecycle management, or similar enterprise business functions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or major technology-enabled business transformations.
  • Ability to ramp quickly and deliver with limited onboarding.
  • Strong hands-on experience producing change management deliverables, including:
    • Stakeholder assessments
    • Change impact assessments
    • Communication plans
    • Executive-ready communications
    • Training materials
    • Readiness materials
    • Job aids and user support content
    • Leadership messaging
  • Strong executive communication and ghostwriting skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly in a complex, high-visibility program environment.
  • Experience coordinating with system integrators, implementation partners, or vendor teams.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-market rollouts.
  • Experience with localization, regional process variation, or global stakeholder communications.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple releases, competing timelines, and overlapping stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable working in a production-heavy OCM role where high-quality deliverables are expected quickly.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Must be able to work on T4.
  • Must be comfortable supporting PST hours 3–4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Coupa, especially Coupa procurement or supplier management implementations.
  • Experience with Ironclad or Contract Lifecycle Management platform rollouts.
