Position: Lead Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

We are seeking an experienced Lead Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise customer journey analytics solutions. This role requires deep expertise in digital analytics, marketing performance measurement, stakeholder alignment, and solution design to help organizations evolve their analytics capabilities from foundational reporting to a more integrated, scalable, and insight-driven model.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of consulting, analytics, and Adobe ecosystem expertise, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable CJA use cases, measurement frameworks, and reporting solutions. This role will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring analytics investments are aligned to decision-making, performance visibility, and future growth across connected platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Real-Time CDP / Adobe CDP.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solutions aligned to business, marketing, and performance measurement objectives
Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand current-state analytics capabilities, reporting gaps, data dependencies, and priority use cases
Translate business requirements into scalable analytics frameworks, KPI definitions, data requirements, and reporting structures
Define how CJA should be used to support campaign measurement, customer journey visibility, and performance reporting across digital, marketing automation, and customer data platforms
Assess existing analytics implementations and recommend whether current configurations can be extended, optimized, or redesigned
Partner with technical teams to shape data models, data views, source integration requirements, and reporting design decisions across CJA, Marketo, AEP, and Adobe CDP / RTCDP
Guide the functional design of reporting solutions that leverage data from web, campaign, CRM, identity, and audience platforms to create more unified performance visibility
Lead dashboard and reporting strategy, including executive, operational, and performance-oriented views tailored to stakeholder needs
Develop phased recommendations that balance near-term business priorities with long-term scalability across the Adobe ecosystem
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, solution reviews, design discussions, and requirements sign-off across business and technical teams
Provide strategic oversight during implementation, testing, user validation, and enablement activities
Establish best practices for governance, taxonomy alignment, metric consistency, and reporting adoption across interconnected analytics and activation platforms
Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional teams through complex analytics initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, customer journey analytics, or a related consulting discipline
Strong hands-on and solution design experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
Proven experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, KPI alignment, and reporting strategy for enterprise analytics programs
Strong understanding of campaign measurement, funnel reporting, journey analysis, and digital performance analytics
Experience translating business needs into analytics frameworks, platform requirements, and scalable reporting solutions
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts, including schemas, datasets, identities, and upstream dependencies that influence CJA design and reporting readiness
Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP / Adobe CDP and how unified profiles, audiences, and customer data activation strategies influence measurement and reporting use cases
Familiarity with Marketo data structures, campaign performance reporting requirements, and marketing automation data flows relevant to CJA reporting design
Experience working across cross-channel data integration patterns involving marketing automation, CDP, CRM, and digital analytics platforms
Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and shape phased, practical recommendations
Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex analytics transformation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics, AEP, RTCDP / Adobe CDP, Marketo, and related platforms
Experience designing measurement frameworks and reporting solutions for marketing, digital, or customer experience organizations
Familiarity with dashboard wireframing, reporting design, and executive storytelling
Working knowledge of tagging, instrumentation, and data quality considerations that affect analytics accuracy
Experience supporting testing, enablement, and adoption for enterprise analytics rollouts
Relevant Adobe or analytics certifications
