Job Description/ Qualifications:
* Experience with Design, Build and Maintenance of specialized testing frameworks for conversational, generative, and agentic AI applications.
* Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, TypeScript or Python.
* 5+ years of experience in software development, test and quality engineering, including strong experience in developer-led test infrastructure work.
* Experience building test frameworks, automation infrastructure, harnesses, or developer tooling in modern engineering environments
* Strong understanding of software design, debugging, APIs, and maintainable code practices
* Experience supporting quality across backend services, APIs, and full-stack systems
* Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows and improving engineering feedback loops
* Experience designing and maintaining test data strategies and reusable testing patterns
* Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
