Senior BI Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Quincy, MA seeking a Senior BI Analyst to support enterprise risk management through the development, analysis, and reporting of key business metrics.

Summary:
This role focuses heavily on Key Risk Indicators (KRI), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) metrics within Technology Infrastructure, including areas such as obsolescence, vulnerability patching, and storage capacity. The ideal candidate is skilled in data interpretation, risk-focused analytics, and cross-functional communication, with the ability to challenge and validate metric results. This role also contributes to process improvement initiatives that enhance risk identification and reporting.

Responsibilities:
* Develop, analyze, and report on key risk and performance metrics (KRI/KPI/RAS)
* Partner with Technology Infrastructure teams to ensure data accuracy and risk transparency
* Participate in initiatives aimed at improving metric governance and risk identification through data
* Present analytical findings to leadership; Facilitate meetings and discussions on metric performance and insights
* Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality reporting
* Apply strong business acumen and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, global environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in BI, reporting, or risk analytics
* Hands-on experience with KRI, KPI, and/or RAS metrics
* Experience with Technology Infrastructure metrics (e.g., obsolescence, patching, storage capacity)
* Background in Quality Control or RCSA (Risk Appetite Self-Assessment) testing
* Advanced Excel skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with Power BI and/or PowerApps
* Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
