Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead / Senior Developer with hands-on experience in Java, Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate should have strong frontend development skills using React.js and JavaScript, a solid understanding of modern web application architecture, and experience working in Agile development environments.

The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving, debugging, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to contribute to technical development and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Java, Python, and React.js.

• Apply hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Python-based development.

• Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar libraries.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.

• Follow best practices in React architecture, component lifecycle, hooks, and application performance.

• Use Git and version control tools to manage source code.

• Work with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver project milestones.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and ensure code quality.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Python, AI, and ML.

• Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern web application development.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

• Understanding of responsive web design principles and React architecture.

• Familiarity with Git, Webpack, Vite, or Babel.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

• Ability to attend an in-person interview in Minnetonka, MN.
