Project Manager / Communications Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a Project Manager/Communications Lead.

Summary:
This role partners with the the Program Lead to take the program to the next level by ensuring strong execution discipline and consistent, high quality communication. The focus is on turning vision into reliable delivery and strategy into a clear, cohesive participant experience.
Program is scaling as a core innovation capability. The PM/Lead ensures that as it grows, it remains intentional, human, and operationally excellent.

Program Execution & Consistency:
* Own the day to day orchestration of the program so it runs smoothly and predictably; This includes managing timelines, coordination, logistics, and dependencies across learning cycles, workshops, and design sprints-anticipating risks and removing friction; The goal is operational clarity and consistency at scale

Communication & Experience:
* Own end to end communications that shape how the program is experienced
* Design clear, human, and purposeful messaging across the participant journey-before, during, and after engagement
* Translate program strategy into compelling narratives for participants, managers, and stakeholders, reinforcing meaning, belonging, and direction

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Ideal Profile:
A strong project manager with solid communications expertise, comfortable operating in ambiguity, highly organized, proactive, and deeply people centered. Experience with learning, innovation, or transformation initiatives is a strong plus.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
