Looking for someone proficient in the following tech stack:

Framework: Flutter
Language: Dart
Package Manager: pub
State Management: Bloc
Routing: go_router
API Integration: http (for REST API calls)
Dependency Injection: Provider, get_it
Utilities: intl, equatable, flutter_dotenv, rxdart, uuid
Web Integration: universal_html, url_strategy
