Product Owner (Mid Level)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner (Mid Level) in Philadelphia, PA.

Duties Include:
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business strategy and user needs
* Translate business requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
* Partner with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum
* Support Program Increment (PI) planning and execution
* Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmap, and technical delivery
* Use product usage data and customer feedback to inform prioritization decisions
* Support dashboards and reporting to track product performance and team health
* Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and Agile best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or Agile product management
* Strong experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs
* Proficiency with backlog prioritization and sprint planning practices
* Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting team delivery
* Ability to analyze data trends to guide product decisions
* Familiarity with system architecture, integrations, and technical concepts
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Agile/Product Owner certification (e.g., SAFe POPM, CSPO) preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
