Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Lead Field Deployment Technicians to lead large-scale hardware rollouts and imaging initiatives for a major client. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong independence, and the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure deployment environments.
Technicians will be dispatched from a centralized Command Center and will be responsible for end-to-end device deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform device imaging using MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit), MECM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), or similar tools
• Execute full hardware deployment lifecycle, including:
  • Staging and configuration
  • Labeling and tracking
  • Swapping and installation
  • Asset documentation
• Manage and track inventory through accurate asset management practices
• Log and maintain detailed tickets in ServiceNow, including:
  • Site and asset ID
  • Actions performed
  • Resolution/outcomes
• Troubleshoot hardware and deployment issues with minimal supervision
• Support conversion weekends and stabilization phases in high-pressure environments
• Communicate effectively with Command Center and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

• Hands-on experience with MDT, MECM, or similar imaging tools
• Strong background in hardware deployment and asset management
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)
• Experience with:
  • Networking basics
  • Cabling
  • Device testing
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Strong documentation and process discipline

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Desktop support experience
• Technical troubleshooting expertise
• Field service background

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
