LEAD ServiceNow Developer
Location - Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.
Duration: 1+ Years onsite
· Key Required Skills Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer in various modules and services; Experience as a ServiceNow Team
· Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
· Position Description • Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
· Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
· Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
· Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
· Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.

· Bachelor''s and 7 years of experience, Master''s and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
· 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
· Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
· Experience with the US Federal Government
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
· Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week.

· These skills will help you succeed in this position:
· 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
· 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
· Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
· 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
· 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
· 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
· 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.

· Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals
· Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
· Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR
· Project Management or Agile certification
· ITILv4 Foundations Certification
· Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment
