Job Title :   SAP SuccessFactors Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology| Computer Science| or related Engineering field with 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM resolving issues related to configuration| integration| and data reconciliation.
Participate in business requirements discussions and provide technical expertise about SuccessFactors system functionality and capability.
Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules.
Complete hands-on configuration and unit testing of SuccessFactors system.
Participate in system integration testing| user acceptance testing| and end-to-end testing.
Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central| ECC HCM module.
Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
Hands on Design and configuration experience & knowledge in all SuccessFactors modules
Hands on experience of designing and configuration of SAP ECC HR modules.
Hands on experience of SF to ECC integration and data replication.
Hands on Experience of SF integration with UKG.
Hands on SuccessFactors integration experience with 3rd party system e.g. Fidelity| UKG| Concur Etc
Extensive experience in production support involving integration with EC to other systems Strong techno functional skills.
