DevOps Reliability Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a DevOps Reliability Engineer in Irving, TX. We are looking for a good Reliability Engineer that will support our environments by setting up alerting, monitoring strict SLA's and engaging to determine issues.

Duties:
* DevOps Reliability Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining technical software applications and provides a combination of technical and business leadership while being the primary trusted and capable owner of one or more high priority, high visibility, complex initiatives
* Typically lead and coach a small number of team members (e.g., an architect, systems analyst, etc.) and provide guidance to a larger community

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of AppDynamics experience
* 3+ years of Batch Monitoring experience
* 3+ years of Datadog experience
* 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
* Very strong candidate with Observability experience; Experience should include full product experience (APM, Logs, setting up monitoring, alerts, dashboards)
* Must have knowledge of the following tools: Datadog, ServiceNow product knowledge for reviewing incidents, problem records and reporting
* Analytics skills in researching incident rates and noise

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
