We have an immediate opportunity for a Entry Level ATE Hardware & Thermal Support Technician with Mechanical or Electrical Field with hands-on expertise in test floor setup, thermal integration, hardware troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated test equipment environments. Skilled in configuring and supporting thermal systems including TCORE, SeaCobra, Eflux, Winway, and Chroma units, along with setup of dry box and purge systems for low-temperature testing environments. Proficient in load board changeovers, thermal interface preparation, hardware validation, and ensuring stable operating conditions to prevent thermal and hardware failures during production testing.
Strong background in hardware debugging, socket maintenance, and load board repair using structured troubleshooting methodologies and diagnostic tools. Experienced in performing continuity, short/open, and TDR testing, microscope-based socket inspection, pin replacement, PAD cleaning, Kapton taping, and plunger force calibration. Adept at maintaining daily walkthrough reports, safety inspections, incident documentation, and collaborating with ATE engineers to support efficient validation, root cause analysis, and reliable test operations in high-volume manufacturing environments.
