RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a Learning & Development Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Create and manage room reservation tickets for in-person training sessions by coordinating with facilities to ensure timely booking and appropriate room setup
* Monitor and triage the Learning inbox by routing incoming emails to the appropriate team members and responding to basic inquiries to support efficient communication and task delegation
* Schedule training sessions by coordinating with facilitators, booking rooms, sending calendar invites, and ensuring alignment with the overall learning calendar; Manages updates and rescheduling as needed
* Track and monitor session enrollment to ensure appropriate participant counts, communicate updates to facilitators, and manage waitlists or rescheduling as needed
* Retrieves learning data from the learning management system to support team insights on session feedback and distributes monthly/quarterly reports on the data
* Order and coordinate meal delivery for New Employee Orientation (NEO) and New Leader Onboarding (NLOB), ensuring timely arrival, accurate counts, and dietary accommodations when needed
* Manage and restock snack supplies for in-person training sessions, ensuring consistent and welcoming experience for participants and maintaining inventory levels in training spaces
* Process employee requests submitted through the Educational Assistance Program, referencing reports and policies to ensure appropriate distribution of funding
* Maintain and monitor SharePoint pages to ensure talent information stays relevant for employees
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
