Job Summary 
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Consultant with strong hands-on experience in data migration, ETL, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities. 
Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Data Migration

Strong SAP BODS experience for data mapping, ETL, and transformation

Experience with LSMW and LTMC for SAP data loading

Strong knowledge of SAP programs and tables

Ability to debug and troubleshoot data load issues

Experience with data assessment and profiling

Strong understanding of data cleansing and enrichment

Experience with data validation and reconciliation

Defect management, root-cause analysis, and resolution

Experience with cutover planning, mock loads, checkpoints, and go-live

Good understanding of SAP MDG / Master Data Governance

Strong experience working with business, functional, technical, and compliance teams
