Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer Overview:
We are seeking an experienced developer to support the implementation of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) within our digital ecosystem. Given the complexity of our technology stack, this role requires hands-on experience within the Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly AEM and Edge Delivery Services, along with a strong understanding of data layers, tagging, and analytics integrations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate data capture, seamless integration, and effective analytics enablement across our site.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support and implement Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) within an existing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment
* Collaborate with development, analytics, and marketing teams to integrate CJA with site architecture and user journeys
* Work within Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) to support performant content delivery and analytics instrumentation
* Validate and maintain the data layer, ensuring accurate event tracking and data integrity
* Implement and manage tagging strategies to support analytics and reporting needs
* Navigate and utilize Adobe Authoring workflows (excluding the Universal Editor) to support content and analytics requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve analytics and integration issues within the Adobe ecosystem

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
* Experience working with Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
* Prior experience implementing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), preferably within an AEM-based environment
* Familiarity with Adobe Authoring and Adobe's native content editing workflows
* Solid understanding of data layers, tagging frameworks, and analytics integrations
* Comfort working within complex technical environments and collaborating across teams

Nice to Have:
* Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch/Tags)
* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills related to analytics and web data collection
* Experience working in large-scale or enterprise web environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
