Job Title: Data Scientist AI/ML (W2 Only | OPT Candidates Welcome)

Job Summary

We are actively seeking highly motivated Data Scientists with AI/ML expertise who are passionate about solving complex business problems using data-driven approaches. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and data analytics tools, and be open to relocating anywhere in the United States for client projects.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Scikit-learn
  • TensorFlow / PyTorch
  • Pandas, NumPy
  • Matplotlib, Seaborn
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Data Analysis, Data Cleaning, and Feature Engineering
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics
• Experience building and evaluating ML models
• Understanding of NLP, Classification, Regression, Clustering, and Recommendation Systems
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Understanding of AI Agent Frameworks and LangChain

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business insights
• Build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
• Implement NLP and Generative AI use cases
• Design and optimize data pipelines for ML workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
• Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations
