Field Service Engineer reporting to the Service Team Leader, you'll work hands-on with cutting-edge industrial technologies while supporting customers onsite in

Specific Responsibilities : - Install and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across supported hardware and software systems.
- Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools and equipment.
- Document all daily work using company systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.

- STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or software-related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing (or early-career with strong relevant education).
- Strong technical skills in configuring low-code applications and implementing technologies such as Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capability to use diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and deliver effective training to customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and operate professionally in field-based environments.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (with occasional travel to Mexico).

Job location - Primary location: Onsite at a customer facility in Salt Lake City, UT area.
- Frequent assignments to other U.S. and Canada customer sites when not assigned to the Memphis-area customer facility (travel and expenses covered).
- Remote work from home only when not assigned to a customer site, focused on training and administrative duties.
