Summary

Join a high-impact Technical Program Manager role supporting the growth and optimization of applications used by a Professional Services organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape business processes, improve operational efficiency, and partner with stakeholders to turn complex needs into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define short-term and long-term strategy for key business and systems areas
  • Gather, refine, and organize requirements to support process and application enhancements
  • Analyze current workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
  • Design functional and technical process improvements that help teams operate more effectively at scale
  • Use data to evaluate performance, validate assumptions, and support recommendations
  • Perform root cause analysis to uncover issues and help drive corrective actions
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned functional areas and support training efforts as needed
  • Help maintain data quality by conducting regular system audits and supporting accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Contribute to internal documentation and materials that support broader organizational understanding
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program management, or functional/technical systems design
  • Strong experience with requirements gathering and business process design
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and/or visualization to support decision-making
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
  • Experience working with large systems deployments and process improvements
  • Deep experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal form
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with FinancialForce or similar professional services automation tools
  • Background in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
  • Experience supporting process optimization for professional services teams
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Master's degree
