Join a high-impact Technical Program Manager role supporting the growth and optimization of applications used by a Professional Services organization. Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define short-term and long-term strategy for key business and systems areas
- Gather, refine, and organize requirements to support process and application enhancements
- Analyze current workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
- Design functional and technical process improvements that help teams operate more effectively at scale
- Use data to evaluate performance, validate assumptions, and support recommendations
- Perform root cause analysis to uncover issues and help drive corrective actions
- Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned functional areas and support training efforts as needed
- Help maintain data quality by conducting regular system audits and supporting accurate reporting
- Collaborate with technical and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Contribute to internal documentation and materials that support broader organizational understanding
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program management, or functional/technical systems design
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and business process design
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and/or visualization to support decision-making
- Proven stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Experience working with large systems deployments and process improvements
- Deep experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal form
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FinancialForce or similar professional services automation tools
- Background in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
- Experience supporting process optimization for professional services teams
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Master's degree
