Software Requirements Engineer
OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for a Software Requirements Engineer to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
Summary
The candidate must coordinate with other groups within the program to ensure a successful implementation of the software. The candidate must ensure adherence to master plans and schedules. The candidate must function well in a creative, high tempo, collaborative, cross-functional, dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment. Candidate should be self-motivated, inquisitive, conscientious, and detail oriented.
Basic Qualifications:
-- DOORS
-- Requirements Management
-- Good understanding of software development practices and software process
-- Good interpersonal skills and good communication skills, both written and oral
-- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher
-- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related discipline from an accredited university
-- Experience working on teams using Agile practices
Desired skills :
-- DOORS DXL scripting
-- Experience with UML tools (i.e. Cameo)
-- Experience working with Missile programs
