The IT Editorial Production Coordinator will support the recipe card development team by managing the technical lifecycle of content from draft to final delivery. Rather than original content creation, you will focus on the "final mile" of publishing-applying copy-editing standards, utilizing AI tools for efficiency, and ensuring all recipe cards meet technical specifications for final PDF production. - Editorial Standards: Background in copy editing or proofreading with a sharp eye for consistency and accuracy.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and the ability to adapt to new software interfaces quickly.
- Recipe Knowledge: While content writing isn't required, a background or interest in recipe writing and culinary terminology is highly beneficial.
