Detailed Job Description: The candidate will be a guide member of the imaging team which is responsible for developing the shared services and development code generators that are used by all Department of Tax and Finance Applications, including maintaining and modernizing our e-MPIRE imaging platforms. This system is responsible for processing different programs that bring in billions of dollars in revenue for local governments and New York State. Its solution allows New York State to facilitate better decision-making, provide increased productivity for employees, improve public access, and reduce the risk of falling victim to outdated technology.
