Overview
Seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and support full stack Python applications and AI agent workflows in a modern Google Cloud environment. This role focuses on reliable automation, prompt engineering and testing to improve agent behavior, and hands-on deployment and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack Python applications, supporting end-to-end feature delivery across front end and back end components.
• Build AI agent workflows using Google ADK, including mechanisms to track execution and verify task completion.
• Implement safeguards for failure handling, bounded retries, and prevention of repeated loops in agent behavior.
• Create and maintain Bash scripts to support automation, pipelines, and repeatable operational tasks.
• Adapt agent instructions for cloud-based execution through prompt engineering and iterative testing.
• Deploy and support services on Google Cloud Run and/or Kubernetes in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Troubleshoot production issues in Python applications and agent workflows; identify root causes and validate fixes.

Required Skills

• Full stack Python application development experience (front end + back end ownership).
• Experience building AI agents or automated workflows using Google ADK.
• Strong understanding of task completion verification, failure handling, retry logic, and loop control in agent workflows.
• Bash scripting experience for build, deployment, and operational automation.
• Prompt engineering experience, including testing and iterating on prompts to improve reliability.
• Hands-on deployment experience with Google Cloud Run and/or Kubernetes on GCP.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Python applications and AI/agent workflows.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Required

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining structured execution policies and acceptance checks for agent outputs.
• Experience converting development guidance into testable prompts and operational runbooks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based agent instruction frameworks (e.g., Cursor skills/instructions) and adapting them for production use.
