Job Description :

1) Expert Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (deep handson experience)
2) AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS coding
3) REST/SOAP API experience (API-triggered sends, payload design, error handling)

Role Purpose
The Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, troubleshooting, and supporting complex, revenue-critical transactional and operational email solutions. This role owns end-to-end execution of advanced SFMC development, manages production issues with no margin for error, and drives platform scalability, governance, and reliability. The role requires deep coding expertise, enterprise-level experience, and strong use of AI tools to increase efficiency and quality.
Core Responsibilities:

• SFMC Technical Ownership & Delivery
• Lead design and implementation across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
• Primary technical owner for high-risk transactional/confirmation emails
• Lead triage of production issues; identify severity, root cause, and resolution path
• Build and support REST/SOAP API-triggered sends (payloads, validation, error handling)
• Architect advanced, multi-step journeys with re-entry, decision splits, and API-based entry events
• Develop complex Automations (SQL, SSJS, script activities, dependency management, recovery logic)
