Job Title: Icertis Techno Functional Consultant

Responsibilities
Primary Support Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all functional and technical changes in iCertis.
System Configuration & Enhancements: Implement and manage configuration updates, including workflows, clause libraries, templates, reports, smart rul Integration Management: Oversee and troubleshoot integrations with Workday, ERP systems, DocuSign, SSO providers, and other enterprise platforms. Release Management: Coordinate the assessment, testing, and deployment of iCertis upgrades, patches, and new features in alignment with internal chan Feature Communication: Lead communication efforts regarding new features and bug fixes in periodic releases.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal IT policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and commercial IT teams to identify and implement process improvements using i Vendor Liaison: Work closely with iCertis support and customer success teams to resolve issues and align on solutions.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date architecture diagrams, configuration documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
User Support & Training: Provide Tier 3 support and contribute to internal training initiatives in partnership with help desk and application teams.
Experience
10+ years of experience with enterprise applications, including 7+ years as an iCertis consultant
Proven track record in post-go-live support, configuration, and enhancement of iCertis or similar SaaS platforms.
