RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Talent Capability Enablement Specialist for a 3 month contract role.
Summary:
The Talent Capability Enablement Specialist will serve as the connective tissue between Workforce Architecture & Planning and Learning & Development. This role ensures capability strategy translates into measurable impact across Technical, Product, and Leadership domains.
Responsibilities:
* Lead quarterly capability-prioritization sprints with HRBPs and business leaders
* Translate competency models and workforce plans into AI-enabled playbooks, toolkits, and experiential learning journeys
* Design and deliver embedded enablement (workshops, simulations, cohort bootcamps) within Workboard
* Partner cross-functionally with HR, OD, TA, and L&D SMEs to ensure a unified learner experience
* Leverage AI diagnostics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor adoption, proficiency lift, and business impact
* Define enablement standards, templates, and governance across the enterprise
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's required; Master's in OD, HRD, or related field preferred
* 8-12 years of experience in Capability Development, Talent & Leadership Development, or L&D Strategy
* Proven track record translating competency frameworks into scalable enablement solutions
* Experience with AI-driven learning platforms, Workboard or similar tools, and analytics dashboards
* Strong consulting, facilitation, and change-management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
