Role Summary

Seeking 6+ Year Data Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions, including databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines, with strong expertise in SQL development, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, functions, and stored procedures
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple data sources
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders on data requirements
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data performance issues
• Implement data security, governance, and compliance best practices
• Document data models, processes, and technical designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• Advanced SQL development and query optimization
• Experience with data modeling (dimensional and relational)
• Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with source control and deployment processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting tools
• Experience with big data or streaming technologies
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
• Experience with SSIS, Talend, or similar ETL tools
