Job Description
We are looking for a mid-level FP&A Associate / Financial Business Analyst with experience in financial analysis, business reporting, and client-facing consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
• Analyze business performance, financial data, and operational metrics.
• Gather business requirements and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support client engagements, business reviews, and project deliverables.
• Independently manage assigned analytical and reporting responsibilities.
Required Skills
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business consulting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
Preferred
• Consulting background (Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, or similar).
• Banking or financial services domain experience.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, or Oracle.
