Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong development and platform management experience to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules, custom application development, integrations, and platform administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow Designer, and ACLs.
• Manage and enhance ServiceNow platform functionality based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Perform ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, deployments, and release management.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Support code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and platform management/administration.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer/Workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, tables, forms, and workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, ITOM, or HRSD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
